⭐️ Explore each chakra in depth - the Energy & feelings associated with each when in balance, underactive or overactive
⭐️ Explore the many principles of chakra balance and alignment - ways to connect to & bring balance to each Energy centre through:
✨ Sound Healing
✨ Meditation
✨ Yoga Pose
✨ Hand Mudra
✨ Learn about associated Crystals, Colour, Food, body parts for each chakra
✨ Journaling to help us to release any emotional blocks

📍October Fri 3rd & Sat 4th - 1.5 day Workshop (Fri 7-9pm & Sat 10-4pm)

Level 1 is a wonderful introduction into the world of Energy Healing . At this workshop, You will be introduced to Reiki energy and will ⭐️ Learn how to do self healing treatments for yourself, family friends, animals etc. ⭐️ Learn how to scan the Body for energy blockages
⭐️Learn Grounding & Protection Techniques.
⭐️ Learn about the 21 Day Cleansing Process.
⭐️ Learn about the Reiki regulating body – the Reiki Federation of Ireland (RFI)
⭐️Learn about the Energy systems of the body: Chakras, Aura, Endocrine & Lymphatic systems
⭐️Practice giving and receiving a full treatment under supervision

& If you so wish, you can then join our Reiki Circle community in Lusk Co. Dublin where we meet every so often to give and receive Reiki.

Reiki Training is open to everyone, & no previous knowledge is needed

About me:
I am a professional member of the Reiki Federation of Ireland and my training courses follow all RFI guidelines.
I have been attuned to and am working with Reiki for 7yrs and have been teaching for 2yrs+
I set up our Local Reiki Share Circle approx 2 yrs ago, and our community continues to grow and expand.
I set up my healing room 3 years ago on a part-time basis and am now running my full-time practice in Lusk for the past 2 years. In addition I do a lot of work with St. Michaels house, this is an organisation geared to working with individuals with Intellectual Disability, and I am very passionate about this part (actually all parts 😊) of my work.

I have plenty of lovely workshops planned for the winter months ahead.
