🔥 TRANSFORMATION Celebration ! 🔥

Emma’s health and wellness journey stared in 2018, she has lost 3.2 stone from having a better relationship with food and found a love for running 😌

1 year ago she started her journey with a free Wellness Evaluation with one of the coaches from our community.

Emma was looking for something to fit in alongside the busyness of being a mum, working and an active lifestyle 🏃‍♀️

She started on her nutrition plan and jumped into one of our Health Marathon teams 💚

Emma says…

“Health Marathons have been amazing! They really refocused me on the priorities in my ‘lifestyle’ for both wellness and diet!

I will be honest and say sceptical is probably the word I’d have used initially when it was mentioned but after the first Lap I could feel my energy increasing with only small tweaks to my lifestyle…and little adjustments to my diet.

My sleep has greatly improved and I’ve always believed that good sleep leads to both a much more positive rounded self and I can make much better decisions and food choices…rather than being too tired and making the ‘easy choice’.

My runs also feel so much stronger because I feel energised and really satisfied rather than craving a sugary fix to get me through.

I never thought I’d be able to ditch the black coffee but I don’t need it now! My herbal life Lemon Tea is just perfect in the mornings and so refreshing too 😍

Everyone said “you’ll never keep it off”. It was once a dream…it became a reality and that reality became life. I DON’T diet…I DO drink alcohol, and I DON’T turn away treats but I’ve learnt to know what my body needs…when and why to be strong and train hard 💪🏼…never give up on dreams because they can become part of your life!” 💖

I’m happy when clients share their positive results and are making such huge differences in their life 🙏

💚 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY!! 💚

Celebrating 🎉 and congratulating the lovely Sammy!!

Sammy is a player in our Health Marathon teams and she is smashing her weight loss and health & wellness goals! 💪

Sammy says…

Amazing!🫶🏼 I feel like I have so much more energy lately and really sticking to the plan since coming back from holiday and I’m pleased that even though I did have treats on holiday and enjoy myself I still have managed to maintain and lose the extra weight I gained when I came back!😄

It helps me so much being in this group too and I never use to like the fact that we had to weigh ourselves daily for 10 days, however I feel this is a key thing for me now and definitely a factor that has helped me along the way! ☺️

Definitely feeling so much better and confident now in clothes etc!🎉🫶🏼 Looking forward to the next lap!!

💚 Sammy has lost an incredible 9.2kg (20.2lbs) and is heading towards her 2 stone loss at a steady and healthy rate 💚

So many people come to me saying I don’t have time to make a healthy meal for myself…

So what if I told you
- mine takes less than 2 minutes
- has all the macro and micro nutrients I need
- fully balanced meal
- 220kcal (less if you need it)
- over 25g of protein
- low sugar
