How you feel on a daily basis determines the quality & success of your life. Everything that you think you want is because you think it will make you feel OK.
The only way to feel OK is to tend to & nourish the inside world. So how do you do that?
By slowing down
By learning to breathe consciously
By dropping into the body through gentle movement
By learning to live yourself just as you are.
