2) Yes we weigh you but we know weight is just a number so we concentrate on your internal stats like your body fat, muscle mass, hydration levels etc. We take your measurements and progress pictures so you can visually see the difference. (These are our favourites)

We measure how you feel? We help you improve your energy, your gut health, your sleep etc
We personalise your plan to help you achieve your goals

4) We welcome you into our community of people on similar journeys. We give you positivity daily, we celebrate your wins, we help you overcome your challenges. We are there for you every step of the way.

It's our 1st Birthday at Lucey's Lane Nutrition . And to celebrate we are going to share some of our amazing members results with you so sit back and have a read. First up in our Birthday parade is Jeraldine and wow wow and here's what she has to say ❤️

The wonder of the club.

For me personally joining the club has being a life changing experience.
I have tried and failed so many different things and With my weight increasing , my confidence dropping and my health starting to suffer I made the jump and went for my wellness evaluation & body scan.

First impressions, i didn't know if it was for me but i decided to try ten days, sure It couldn't kill me.🤪
To say I was surprised with the ease of the plan, the weight loss and the difference in myself is an understatement!

I am proud to say I am now a veteran in the club while still learning about my food choices. I am 100% more confident in myself and my health has never been better!🙌🙌

Delighted to say I am 3 stone lighter but more importantly I have found a group of people I would never have met had I not joined.
