We are looking for a highly skilled butcher who can lead by example and bring extensive knowledge to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅Expertly trimming, boning, and cutting meats
✅Supervising less experienced team members
✅Maintaining a high standard retail display
✅Providing excellent customer service
✅Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards
✅Managing inventory and stock levels
Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of professional butchery experience
-Strong knowledge of various meat types and cuts
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior butchers
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP

This position is ideal for someone with limited experience but a passion for learning and developing in the butchery trade.
