Happy Your Year you darling!
Hope this year you will choose even more often to see, and honour self, and heal whatever made you believe you are less important.

Hope you more often choose love, see beauty around you and get nurturing and teachings from nature, earths flows, your body. Hope you let yourself connect, and let go of that fear/ illusion that keeps you separated, disconnected, lonely.

Hope you feed self , free self and be your most uncensored friend, as you are the beacons for change - you women, mothers, aunties, teachers and healers.

The darkness and the madness we are entering now, the acceleration before Christmas.
It’s suppose to be a season of joy but ends up often being a season of constantly tired, rushing and so much to do + time slips between fingers ….

What if this year we let the slowing down that comes with short days happen. Let the looking within season be. Let go of the pull of external even slightly to recognise and notice the moment .

My favourite time to pause, set the direction , choose the way is in the morning. Shifting between conscious and subconscious mind, gazing within , intend according to heart whispers and then move body with breath , love and in connection - move feeling .
Setting incantation, or affirmation if you will or plan of action.

My way to set my mornings - She Awakens session , that are starting on Monday 1st of December- online .

In highs and lows of our existence, how to find balance.

To allow the darkness, pain or frustration to be is to free yourself from getting stuck there and trampolining up to joy and love , when the process finishes .

And then it will go again , the sinusoid of our life’s, the lessons .

Acceptance is a key .
Now to be able to do that you need a fallback - more on that in the chat above .

We will be focusing strongly on starting your days with elevated emotions of love and joy and then bringing them into the body .

Reprogramming into loving 🥰 self care- not obligation - watching what arises , letting it pass and redirecting and finding love, gratitude and joy.
It’s never about avoidance of hard feelings - it’s about letting them pass - not getting stuck in it - and then making a choice of the energy and intention.
Yes- it’s about living in the moment, in awareness and fullness on your potential .

You can’t think your thoughts away.
You can FEEL the thoughts and via that make changes .

- How does it feel in your body when you have that thought ?

You want to work on perceptions of life you decide to leave, as they are toxic for you.
You are searching the mind for solutions that got you into the way you are now - but it won’t change it.

But once you feel it, go beyond the mind - realisations, opening new pathways, and real change has potential to happen.

Is it easy ? - no it isn’t!
Can you do it yourself? - it’s not impossible, but when you get help you are already making a huge leap forward by making that decision- opening for new, different , outside your box ( or mind 😉) kind of being.

+ children only learn by example, you want them to have full of beauty life?

You are the one to show them the way ❤️
You can model - opening to new, you can model reaching for help - You don’t need to stand alone. ❤️

Feeling overwhelmed, pushed, overloaded with avalanche of situations that needs addressing?
And on top of it being determined to follow your truth, your calling ?
Yes - you are not alone!!

Good thing is we are rewriting the way we relate now to each other and self , moving out of ego driven decisions or the need to prove ourselves or be seen, we are more open to see the truth.

Now, saying that - not all the people around you will do that , some will stay in the old way of relating, threatening, demanding so you validate their egos - but those situations happen so you can test your power, and ability to keep your boundaries- and we need FIRE 🔥 to do that! We NEED consciousness and ability to see a bigger picture to do that.
We need to move, we need to integrate, body mind spirit - for full human experience. We need to connect to people of open hearts to help ourselves!

How is your September ?
Beginnings and Endings. Seems like we are stepping into a new path and the way we used to define ourselves is ready to finally let go, creating space for the truer, closer to your heart expression of yourself.

If you feel like in the storm and all the emotions that you usually control and supress- show up , and accidents and unexpected events appear with a speed of changing irish weather :) -

Keep standing in your courage, keep training yourself to let go of opinions of other people and their believes - keep showing up for yourself in your truth and watch what does it do to you. What if it's time to do what you always wanted to, but held yourself back.

What if the time of fitting in is finally over , now you showing up your real self can belong - to yourself , to the truer version of you and people who are not afraid to be themselves too.
