Jane works with people on a one-to-one basis helping them work through the challenges of the human condition in all its diversity. Many of use get lost and lose connection with our true selves while navigating this journey through life. Jane helps people find their way home to themselves. Jane has extensive experience with depression, addiction, anxiety, loss, bereavement, relationship difficulties, suicidal ideation, self harm and much more. As well as Psychotherapy and Counselling services, Jane has a strong passion for Energy Healing. Jane can also provide a holistic alternative by channeling energy from the Universal Energy Field. This is a non-invasive therapy which helps your body heal and resolve emotional, physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease.
