This darkness is not an emptiness, but a place of gestation - a sacred womb of stillness where spirit remembers itself. In the hush of winter, we are invited to soften, to loosen the stories we carry, and to return to the quiet flame at the centre of our being.

Boost your Immune System with Reflexology!

Are you anxious? Do you experience sleep difficulties? Do you skip your meals or eat unhealthy comforting foods?

Cold and damp weather increases the risk of getting the viral infection and we should do as much as we can to prevent that. Prevention is always better than cure.

Besides the obvious steps that we all should take during this time, as washing our hands, keeping the distance and staying at home when we feel unwell, there are also other ways to strengthen our immune system and significantly decrease the risk of getting infected.

Reflexology treatment stimulates all the systems in the body. It is well known to reduce stress and tension, improve blood and lymph circulation and detoxification.

Reflexology treatment is great for strengthening the Spleen energy will be helpful to boost immune system. The Spleen is the largest organ in the lymphatic system and the storage of the white cells to fight the infection. The spleen role is to protect and filter the blood.

You can also improve spleen function by incorporating dietary changes:
