Maria Mooney joins Siobhan Guthrie to talk about her journey from a primary school teacher in Madrid to becoming a Systematic Kinesiologist. Maria once suffered from skin problems and decided to go to a Kinesiologist after a friend talked about how her mum was one, and she'd never been to the doctor! She completed her practitioner training and works from her clinic in Portstewart, Northern Ireland.

We had a huge interest in Kinesiology from all ages

Delighted when men come in of all ages and deal with some of the issues they are having if it’s physical, digestive or emotional

What was amazing was how many teenagers and young people who came and chatted to us or even came in for a mini session

A young teenage group chatted with me and the honesty around bad sleep issues and anxiety was amazing to see the openness and willingness to try anything that will help

Aoife was amazing yesterday in the .ireland tent yesterday telling anyone who would listen about Systematic Kinesiology

She talked about her reason for training in it and did demo with a lovely 🥰 lady from the crowd

She showed adrenals which are heavily involved in stress and “fight and flight”

She showed how to help with the structural fix - nutritional fix as well as emotional - she had everyone in the tent doing ESR technique (Emotional Stress Release) placing palm across the forehead

She will be talking in the ICA tent again tomorrow so check out times and pop in and say hello 👋

People who popped into us at the Tullamore show and Tullow show had the following issues :-

➡️ Pain - back / knee / neck / ankle / hip
➡️ Grief - loss of a loved one
➡️ Digestive issues - tummy bloating aches / constipation / diarrhea/ heartburn / itchiness / struggling to loose weight
➡️ Anxiety 😟
➡️ Stress
➡️ Lack of joy in life - whether it’s relationship / job

Big thank you to who popped in to set up our tent at the Ploughing today

Stand 596 Row 39 Block 3

We are across from Portwest and beside Aptus so keep an eye out for us

If you have any health or well-being issues or symptoms please come in - many of the people we met at the Tullamore & Tullow show were amazed at the information their bodies could tell us from gentle simple muscle testing

And we have heard from practitioners all around the country that people who met us at shows have since popped into their clinics as they were so impressed with Systematic Kinesiology

We are offering mini sessions - €20 for 20 mins - and I tell you it’s worth every penny !!!!
