In 2017, Conor’s life changed forever after a catastrophic injury left him tetraplegic. But with strength, resilience and the support of Paula and her team in Limerick, Conor is redefining what’s possible 💪

His story is a powerful reminder of the life-changing impact that dedicated care teams can have, especially for those living with complex disabilities 🤝

On the 7th August, Conor will be taking part in Tour de Munster 2025 - a four day, 600km cycle around Munster in aid of an amazing charity, Down Syndrome Ireland 🚴

All funds raised will go directly to the Munster branches of Down Syndrome Ireland 🇮🇪

The Age Action Care and Repair team carries out small DIY jobs, free of charge, for older people to help them maintain both their homes and their independence 🏡

They also prioritise carrying out jobs in the homes of older people who are being discharged or have recently been discharged from hospital 🏥
