Come join us.

This circle is open to anyone who has been attuned to Reiki. No matter your level, no matter how long it's been, no matter how rusty you feel.

We'll gather to relight our flames from one another's, to remember the magic that flows through us, and to replenish what the world has taken. Because when we come together, our light doesn't dim - it multiplies.

This weekend felt like a coming home, doing what lights me up, passing on the gift of reiki through deep and meaningful connections with the most beautiful, kind and authentic people. We have such a precious community.

Feeling deep gratitude, truly blessed to be part of your paths. Congratulations ladies! Exciting times ahead. Wishing you all the very best, looking forward to gathering with you after the 21 days of integration.

Choose the path that feels like coming home to yourself -

We are entering a series of holy sacred days. It can be difficult so I want to slow down now and express my thanks to everyone who comes to 1:1 healing sessions, circles and teachings.
Thank you all for your support, for your company, for your care, for your presence. I’ve never in my life felt so strongly the power of being accompanied by caring others, these circles, this little community we have. Knowing we are part of something larger, weaved together by our love of truth, our love for love and caring about life.
So thank you friends for holding my hand on this journey. I do feel us together in the field and that matters more than words can say.
Sincerely feeling gratitude. I’m feeling at home in who I am, so thank you. Time now to retreat, hibernate and rest.

Level 1 is all about taking care of you!

Reiki 1 is the first level of Reiki training with potential to progress to higher levels of Reiki, enhance your personal self healing practice, become a Reiki Practitioner, a Reiki Master or even a Reiki Teacher.

Socracht - Stillness

A journey to stillness

Feeling overloaded, overwhelmed and distracted… You’re not alone!

After receiving so much feedback from our community about the need for gentle, nourishing and restful offerings - its been a chaotic year so far for many reasons and everyone seems to be feeling it - now we are juggling the demands of summer so it's even more important to take time to rest and take care of yourself - this is the perfect opportunity to experience vibrational medicine and Socracht - Stillness.

You will be held by the loving energy of Reiki while bathed in sound waves, a restorative soundscape of healing resonance and overtones from powerful grounding sound-tides of a gong, deeply relaxing etherial sound of Tibetan singing bowls and more.

During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing becomes deeper. It is in this state that deep healing can occur.

A Reiki & Sound Bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits. These include a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of immune systems.

Both the Reiki and Sound can support you drop into deep rest and return to the stillness we all have within.

Reiki can help to resolve emotional distress by allowing healing energy to flow freely throughout the body, which results in deep relaxation, reduced pain and tension throughout the physical body, mind, emotional, mental and energetic layers of the non physical body.

It can also help reduce stress and anxiety, which can decrease pain perception as well and improve our overall wellbeing.

We return the body to a deep state of rest.
We show the nervous system it is safe to rest, something we don’t do anymore due to the overstimulation of life and technology.
We relearn how to let go and switch off. We show the body and mind it is possible to relax deeply.
