No thoughts. Just coffee and survival.

Who said life gets easier when you get older?

The problems just change.
The tired hits deeper.
The responsibilities get heavier.
And the to-do list never ends.

But so does the strength.
The boundaries.
The “I don’t care what people think anymore.”
And the quiet pride in getting through days no one else sees.

Maybe it doesn’t get easier…
Maybe we just get stronger 🤍

Depression doesn’t always look like staying in bed.

Sometimes it looks like showing up to work smiling.
Answering messages.
Getting things done.
Being the reliable one.

And then quietly falling apart when the day is over.

Just because someone is functioning doesn’t mean they aren’t struggling.

Be gentle. Everyone is carrying something you can’t see. 🤍
