Just a quick tip to anyone suffering from pain or inflammation that I've recommended to use ice on the area, carry out ice massage or contrast bathing, I get the response so often saying " oh ya ya I must get one of them and I'll do it tomorrow" and it never happens so here use this, it's quick, cheap and reusable πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘Œ
