I used always feel such guilt/blame and shame when I attended parenting workshops etc. Because I was looking always at what I 'wasn't' doing. Now before I seek resourcing, ideas and suggestions I look at the 'quality' of the relationship I have with my children because this holds all the other learning I seek. Being a REASONABLY REGULATED OTHER allows the holding they need to unfold...there's also the MYTH the someone out there somewhere has it all covered again NOT TRUE.. we are all doing our best and growing continually. Remember to our children we are completely perfect and all they need 🥰🙃🙂🙂🥰😍
