We took full advantage of the fine weather this week the ladies headed to the Donkey Sanctuary where they had a lovely chat with one of the staff there about the Donkeys. Also this week our Head Chef Trish brought us home lovely treats from Normandy where we celebrated a French Day with homemade apple crepes and some Bel Normande sparkling juices. Yesterday our Head chef Trish gave our staff a selection of Chinese delicacies, it went down a treat.
