Our QiGong sessions are Moving Indoors for the Winter Season!โ๏ธ
As the colder months are approaching, we're excited to let you know that starting 14th October, our classes will be held at the BeePark Community Hall, Manorhamilton ๐ โจ.
Starting Date:
Monday, 14th October โฐ at 5:30 pm
๐ No need to book in advance โ these are Monday drop-in sessions, so feel free to join whenever you're available! Newcomers are warmly welcome โ whether you're trying Qi Gong for the first time or returning to deepen your practice.
๐ฟ What is QiGong:
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, controlled breathing, and focused intention to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, or "qi." It promotes relaxation, improves physical health, enhances mental clarity, and supports emotional well-being. Often practiced as a moving meditation, Qi Gong can be adapted to any fitness level and is valued for its holistic approach to health and wellness.
