CiarΓ‘n is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor and Nutrition Lecturer. He is passionate about physical and mental well-being and the concept of fueling and nourishing the body through nutrition. As a keen athlete he has researched scientific approaches to enable faster recovery from the demands placed on the body and in doing so gained valuable insight into the importance of nutrition on cognitive and physical performance.
Seeing the benefits of whole, unprocessed foods in his own diet led CiarΓ‘n to further pursue his research in nutrition and sports performance. All of this has served to strengthen his belief that an understanding of your own individual nutrition and lifestyle needs is paramount to everyday well-being and optimal athletic achievement.
