Our Story

At Infinity Hot Yoga we have created a lovely space where you can be kind to yourself. We opened our doors in 2016 and since then our ongoing goal is to provide yoga for all levels and abilities in a comfortable and welcoming space.

We are open every day, and have classes every morning from Monday through to Sunday with evening classes from Monday to Friday.

For your comfort and convenience we have really nice changing facilities with showers. There’s plenty of free parking available in the Business Campus, the kettle is always on and you are welcome to help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee and bikkies before or after class.

Our up to date schedule is available to view on our website at www.infinityhotyoga.ie and we also post updates on our social media pages. For your convenience we have online booking facilities through our page and website, booking is through Glofox. There is no need, but if you prefer, you can download the Glofox App from the i-store or google play store.

On our timetable we have over 20 classes a week for you to enjoy and our classes offer loads of variety. We are currently the only independent studio in Ireland that is licenced to offer classes from the Fierce Grace Hot Yoga Method, so look out for Fierce Grace, Classic, Deep Core and Wild, they’re on the schedule if you want to try out some of the trendiest hot yoga classes in the world. We also have our own home grown Infinity classes that are designed to challenge your body and mind as well as develop your functional fitness and help you recover from or prevent injury. All of our classes can cater for beginners but if you’re not too sure we have created a dedicated beginners class called Elementary, which is a nice introduction to classes at our studio.

Infinity Hot Yoga is a family friendly yoga studio and starting in January 2019 we will be running monthly Family Yoga workshops, so you can grow and learn and have fun together on your mat. We also have Infinity Juniors, our extra special non hot classes for children under the age of 12, these classes run in 6 week blocks and coincide with school term time.

As well as over 20 classes a week for you to choose from and enjoy we also run workshops in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Family Yoga, and we look forward to offering you even more choice in 2019.

Infinity Hot Yoga can also arrange bespoke private group yoga sessions, so if you’re looking for a professionally designed recovery session for your Sports Team, a corporate wellness experience with a difference or that extra special birthday party you can talk to us, just drop us a line at info@infinityhotyoga.ie.
