I was the only person out of hundreds to meet Gabby and get a picture with her.
She kindly allowed jess my copilot to meet her too.

A Belief Is a though you have had over and over again.

It may sound something like
'I'm stupid '
'I can't do that'
'Money doesn't grow on trees'
'I'm not meant to .......'

Whatever the belief has, we tend to say it over and over again to ourselves when life gets to us.
But you can change that. You can take the emotion and the negative belief and rewore them with new, more empowering beliefs that serve.

Embracing our feelings, good and bad, is a vital part of living. When we embrace them, we allow them to resolve naturally.
But when we suppressed them and ignored them, that's when our feeling come back stronger than ever for us to deal with either emotionally being triggered daily or in physical pain.

Maybe it's time to be kind to you and help untangle these emotions from past memories .
