Join us for a Spring Equinox Women’s Circle as we honour the return of the light and welcome a new season 🌸

We’ll begin with an energising yoga flow with Brogan, awakening the body as day and night return to balance.

Ciara will then guide you through meditation and a restorative sound bath, creating space for deep rest and renewal.

There will also be some breathwork, guided journaling, optional gentle sharing, and heart-opening tea from local herbalist Stoneroot.

I’m returning to Thursday 26th February at 7:00 pm

This 60-minute session combines a gentle guided meditation with therapeutic sound. It invites connection with your mind, heart, and body, supporting stress release and self-awareness.

Through a gentle body scan, you’ll learn to listen to and befriend different parts of yourself with curiosity and care.

The Sound Bath follows the same intention, creating a soft, nurturing flow that allows the body and mind to settle and integrate. You may leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring anything else you’d like for your comfort and warmth.

This trend definitely transported me back.

Looking and thinking back to 2016….life felt like it was falling apart back then.

And it reminded me of that quote from Steve Jobs “You cannot connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backwards”

Endings and beginnings aren’t seperate, but part of the same spiral of movement.

When we go through periods of immense change we can sometimes see it as a loss when in fact it’s a renewal. ♾️

Now I can see it was all part of the path.
