The most important thing about therapy is finding the right ‘fit’ for you! This can be the difference between you moving forwards or remaining stuck!

When you feel safe, understood ans genuinely connected to your therapist the real@work can begin.

Trust grows. Honesty comes easier and change becomes possible.

Which tool would your hands reach for first?

I always get asked which tools are worth buying and these are consistently chosen time and time again by our clients of all ages!!

1. Needoh Nice Cube - this is incredible for releasing tension through your hands helping you regulate through deep pressure input to the hands and fingers. Unlike many fidgets this one requires slow resistive movement as the gel moves slowly and smoothly. This is available online and locally .ie

2. The Swoosher is one of our most popular fidget tools as it’s so versatile. You can manipulate it in many ways and it can also snap apart for you to rearrange the arrangement of colours. This is available from .ie

3. NeeDoh Snowball is exactly as it sounds like a little bundle of snow in your fingers! It sounds and feels like snow and brings instant calm to your nervous system. You can get your own from

4. Last but not least is the marble mesh which is a long runner in our fidget basket. This offers tactile support as well as movement input. Bilateral rhythmic movement engages both sides of the brain and allows emotion to move through the hands rather than being stuck in the body.
These are available on

Share this with a friend who fidgets and would love to add a new tool to their own regulation basket.
