Baby Massage Mayo Baby massage is a service provided for parents and guardians of babies from newborn to pre-crawling.

These classes are designed to facilitate you with a combination of swedish massage, Indian massage, reflexology and yoga techniques for your baby. Each course is held over 4/5 week period, each class lasting 90mins to 2hours. During the class these techniques are demonstrated on a doll while you, the caregiver, carries these techniques on your baby. Classes are up to 100% reclaimable through VHI,

Quinn & Hibernian, depending on your policy. There are a variety of instructors in the Mayo area so you should be able to join a class in your local area. One to one house calls are also availble for parents who would prefer this service or if you find it difficult to travel, especially after a ceserian section. The Main benefits of Baby massage are
