This week at Noga Yoga Studio, our focus is on easing and preventing back pain through mindful movement and deep release.

So many of us carry tension in the lower back, shoulders, and hips — from sitting, stress, or daily habits. Yoga helps to release that tightness, strengthen the core and spine, and bring the body back into balance.

This is why I do what I do.
I’m so happy for Heather — but she’s the one doing the real work: showing up every week (now twice a week!) to make her body feel good, release tension, and ease stagnation in the muscles.

Yoga helps you continue doing all the things you love, for as long as you want.

Reading messages like this fills me with gratitude and reminds me why I love teaching. My life has meaning when I see the difference yoga brings — it inspires me to keep learning, growing, and supporting my lovely Yogis 💜🕉️
