"Ronan Brennan is a qualified Sports Injury Therapist and Physical Fitness & Conditioning Coach based in Meenacross Just outside Dungloe in Co. He grew up steeped in GAA in his native home town of Dungloe, Co. Donegal and has had a strong involvement with Gaelic Games since. Ronan normally works out of his private clinic at his home in Donegal, but in recent times the demand for his services has meant he has traveled to work with teams in a number of counties including Galway, Clare and Dublin, including a season spent with the Dublin Minor Hurling team and the DIT Hurlers. As a player and runner himself, Ronan has a deep understanding of what it means to be fully fit for important sports events and competition and his inherent will and desire to ensure athletes / players make a speedy recovery and return to play is evident in each of his treatment sessions. Ronan has also worked with professional stage performers in Music and Dance. This included the Assessment and treatment of repetitive strain injuries as well as tailoring event specific warm-up and conditioning routines for Ireland's top Irish Dancers, for enhanced performance ability in both Competition and Stage performance. Having qualified with Distinction from the National School of Remedial Therapy, Ronan decided to continue his education in the sports field by embarking on a degree in Physical Fitness and Conditioning through Setanta College. This combination of knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness and Conditioning, Nutrition, Psychology, Injury prevention and rehab as well as his general insight into Gaelic games, and sport in general, places Ronan into a unique position with a great all around understanding of physical preparation for enhanced performance in Sport".
