As the third generation to join O’Farrell Funeral Directors, Brian embarked on his journey in 2012, continuing his family’s legacy of compassionate and dignified funeral care. With a deep commitment to supporting families during their most challenging times, Brian ensures that each service is conducted with utmost respect and empathy.

Demonstrating his dedication to professional excellence, Brian is currently pursuing the Certificate in Funeral Practice (CFP), a prestigious qualification designed and delivered by the Irish Association of Funeral Directors (IAFD) - responsible for upholding the highest standards of funeral service in Ireland. Brian is set to graduate at the upcoming IAFD Awards Ceremony in November.

In addition to his full-time role as a funeral director, Brian is also a proud sales negotiator at his family’s estate agency, . He finds great fulfillment in meeting clients across both sectors, valuing the trust placed in him during significant life events.

Outside of work, you will find Brian exploring Cork’s scenic hiking trails or enjoying the serene coastlines of Inch and Garryvoe beaches.
