Miriam is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, Sat Nam Rasayan Healer and a certified Angel Therapist with the Dianna Cooper School. She is a mother of three girls, and also holds a diploma in Counselling. She is a heart based teacher, sensitive and empathic, and encourages her students to connect with their truth and deep inner wisdom. She believes we can positively enrich our lives by nourishing our true nature with gentleness and compassion.

Miriam has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She has a gentle and nurturing approach which gives her great insight into helping others.

Through using the healing technique of Sat Nam Rasayan which can be translated as Deep Relaxation in the true identity, Miriam uses her meditative mind to open a sacred space, allowing the patient to enter into a deep relaxed and meditative state, wherein the healing can occur. In her practice of Angel therapy, she helps her clients to connect to their body and attune to their heart’s voice – the space inside where Angels communicate through us.

These special classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of this empowering style of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a technology for Self Transformation and personal development. It improves physical, mental, and emotional stability and yields to increased awareness, sensitivity, and vitality. The unleashed energy is called Kundalini. The goal of Kundalini Yoga is the gentle awakening, distribution, and application of this energy in the whole human being. Classes will cover Kriyas (physical postures) Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (Chanting), Meditation and the philosophical aspects of Kundalini Yoga.
