The Midleton Hub – here for our community 💚
We are a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation. We don’t aim to make a profit, we simply aim to keep our doors open so that anyone who needs mental health support can access it, without long waiting lists and regardless of financial circumstances.
Demand for our services is greater than ever. Without The Hub, many people in our community
would face long waits or may not be able to access support at all.
What we provide at the Midleton Hub:
• Counselling & psychotherapy
• Relationship mentoring & family support
• Support for children, young people & adults
• Parenting supports & wellbeing programmes
• Gambling-related mental health supports
• Inclusive, accessible mental health services for our community
We work hard to keep our costs as low as possible, so that funding and fundraising goes where it matters most, making sure that if you need someone to talk to, support is there for you.
We may not have the fanciest premises or the most modern building, but what we don’t have in optics, we have in abundance in our people. From our office team to our practitioners, everyone involved in The Midleton Hub does so because they care deeply, work tirelessly and believe that mental health support should be accessible to all.
We strive every day to:
• keep our doors open
• avoid waiting lists
• provide compassionate, professional support to those who need it
We do not receive core government funding and rely on fundraising, community support and grants where available.
As a registered charity, we operate in line with:
• the Charities Regulator requirements
• the Charity Governance Code
• GDPR and data protection standards
• professional and ethical practice standards
This year, we are asking our community if you are in a position to support us through fundraising or donations we would be truly greatful.
We know how strong and generous our community is and every bit of support helps us continue to be here when it matters most. 🫶
Please get in touch if you’d like to support, fundraise, or learn more about our services.
