🌟 A big thank you to Carol from The Hospital Saturday Fund who visited us today with some wonderful news – we have been awarded funding towards our clinical costs. 💚

This support is invaluable, as it allows us not only to continue providing vital mental health supports, but also to expand our services to reach even more people in our community.

We are truly greatful and appreciative for this funding and delighted to have had the opportunity to show Carol around our facility and share our mission with her. 🙏✨

We also offer dedicated supports for children, teenagers, and young adults, because everyone deserves the chance to feel well and supported.

Our services are open to all, you don’t need to be from the immediate area to reach out. We are committed to keeping our supports affordable and accessible, so that cost is never a barrier to getting help.

📚 Back to School – Emotions for Children and Parents 🎒

The return to school can be a time of mixed emotions. While some children thrive on the routine, others may find it stressful, overwhelming, or anxiety-inducing.

🛑But it’s important to remember — these emotions aren’t just felt by children. Many parents also experience stress, worry, or even sadness during this time.

And that is completely normal. 💙

At The Midleton Hub, we want to reassure you: feeling emotional, anxious, or unsettled as a parent does not mean you’re failing.

It means you care.

Focus: school anxiety, school refusal, and other challenges for both parents and children.
