                                            New pilates beginners courses start week of 3rd Nov. Our beginners classes are suitable for EVERY BODY! That includes absolute beginners, clients recovering from an illness or injury, gym users looking to improve their form & posture. The movements we teach can be progressed or regressed depending on ability & goals. We are a fully equipped studio & have everything you may need at hand, arc barrels, lumbar supports, wrist wedges & incline supports! We layer our teaching & add to the class each week. Join us in the run up to Christmas & start the new year strong!
