I'm delighted to announce that summer training for women is fully booked !!!
10 women, in their 40s,50s, and 60s who decided to improve their health by strength training and cardio.
It's a personalised group training when I can help everyone individually. Because every woman comes here with a very different background, ability, experience, and goals.
8 weeks, 2 sessions a week in a very friendly and safe environment when there is no judgement and compering.
You will learn that benefits of strength training are endless no matter your age.
You will become friends with cardio.
You will learn to stay consistent and actually looking forward to the next session!
You will learn that less is more sometimes and small adjustments work more than huge changes.
