I'm delighted to announce that summer training for women is fully booked !!!

10 women, in their 40s,50s, and 60s who decided to improve their health by strength training and cardio.

It's a personalised group training when I can help everyone individually. Because every woman comes here with a very different background, ability, experience, and goals.

8 weeks, 2 sessions a week in a very friendly and safe environment when there is no judgement and compering.

You will learn that benefits of strength training are endless no matter your age.

You will become friends with cardio.

You will learn to stay consistent and actually looking forward to the next session!

You will learn that less is more sometimes and small adjustments work more than huge changes.

Working out It's about respecting your own body enough to care for it every single day. Esthetics are just bonuses.

Going to the gym or working out any way you prefer, it's about feeling unstoppable.

The confidence you build, strength, and healthy body and mind will elevate every other aspect of your life.

What matters is:

8-week summer training for beginners starts on Wednesday, July 3rd 🥳.

If this is the time of the year when you have a little bit more time, you have a great opportunity to work on your goals and improve your health!

This program is designed for women who find it hard to stay consistent with their workouts,they don't know where to start, find it hard to do the first step, and look for accountability.

You can learn to lift weights and become friends with cardio .

You can learn how to stay consistent and get fitter and stronger.

You can learn that small adjustments work!!

And that you can do it all with your own pace and ability now with my support.

It's suitable for total beginners and for women who have some training background.

It's a personalised small group setting so I can pay individual attention to every single one of you.

Some of the girls from last year's 8-week summer training are still on it !! Some of them on their own in the gyms around them, and some of them still continue my classes after 1 year!! I call this success!!

Because my mission is to encourage women to move their body no matter where they are with it now, and break down as many barriers as I can that stops them from training !!

2 training sessions a week. 45 min each.

Wednesday and Friday 7pm.

Starts from July 2nd to August 27th ( 1 week break in the first week of August).

Cost €200 ( €12 a class!!! )

What is my job as a health coach ? 🤔

In the shortest way:

I help people build sustainable lifestyle habits at their own pace, which will significantly improve their physical and mental health.

Every client needs a unique approach.
Every client moves through their life with a complex and unique set of experiences, thoughts, beliefs, and goals. And I respect that.

Yes, I can provide information on how to improve health, but that's not neseesarly the most important thing in coaching.

Do you know what it is?

Being able to help my clients to tell themselves diffrent story about themselves.

Help them to believe that they are capable of much more than they think.

Help them to believe that change is possible even if it feels like it is not.

Help them to understand that they can.

Help them to push forward.

Help them to get up after falling down.

Help them to apply hard work, patience, confidence, and consistency.

Help them to tell their story without judgement.

Help them to be their own biggest fan while they work towards their goal.

Help them to focus on what's the most important thing for them in this moment.

I couldn't be more proud of my current health coaching clients! When I see them change, their growth , progress, seeing them moving forward, making small adjustments week by week, and seeing them happier, that's the biggest reward I can get 🙏🙏🙏.

Great way for relaxation, stress reduction, mental clarity, to improve mobility and sleep and so much more.

Every Wednesday at 8pm is deeply relaxing focusing on breath work winding down after a busy day and setting you up for a restful slumber.

There is really something special about pushing your limits. It changes you.

Whether it's training for a competition, lifting heavier, or just showing up when it's the last thing you feel like doing.

Doing hard things is rewarding.

It builds resilience and confidence in a way like nothing else can, in the gym and outside of it.

And the good news is, you don't have to do it all alone.

The best part of pushing yourself is having people who push you, remind you that you're capable of more, and force you outside of your comfort zone.

That cardio workout that felt impossible to finish, with other people was done somehow 😀

That new thing you wanted to try but fear took over, with other people who support you, it was done somehow 😀

That new PR you did, that you weren't sure if it's possible, with other people who were screaming to cheer you up, was done somehow 😀

Your progress can be faster and more enjoyable if you surround yourself with people who believe in you.

So if you're in the middle of something hard, keep going.

Find your people.

Stay in the game.

Because the best things in life aren't easy, but they're so worth it.

I'm so grateful for all the support girls giving to each other here at Women's Health Hub. The atmosphere is just great. No drama. No hussle. No comparison. So much laugh .So far, every single girl is enjoying training, cardio, or weight lifting. And training with people who support you is a game changer❤️

I know most of you want to do more, and it can be frustrating when things don't go by the plan.

I love seeing you girls coming to the gym even if you have only 20 min. You are showing up for yourself, and that's how you make progress. By adding whatever you have in the day.

Yes, hard work pays off, but smart work pays off, too! Smart work makes hard work easier to do.

Make sure daily goals are actually achievable, that they not some kind of imagination of perfection when you have to compromise your family and work priorities.

There is always something we can do!

And it doesn't really matter how big it is on a particular day as long as you are consistent. Every week, every day, even with minimum effort.

Look at your schedule.

Look what's ahead.

Work around that.

Use small gaps in your day to work on your goals.

These 5, 10, 15 minutes in between your daily responsibilities can make a huge difference in your progress very quickly.

What matters most is:

This 15-minute power walk.

That 5 minutes of preperating your breakfast full of protein

This 3 minutes of meditation/ grounding.

This 20-minute session at the gym

This extra 5 minutes to practice mindful eating.

This 2 more glasses of water a day.

You might not be able to do it all every day.

But by using these small moments, you are building new habits of working on something that is important to you.

Small adjustments add up. Ans, that's how you are getting big results in your journey ❤️

Mobility training exercises are about much more than just being flexible. When you do it regularly and right, mobility training can increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, help to have better posture, improve athletic performance, improve your balance and stability and even prevent injury.

Mobility workouts can help us to move naturally, with control but without noticeable effort. When you add a mobility routine to your training, you more than less experience no strain or pain as you move through your day.

Using my knowledge from Mobily Essentials level 2 course, along with Mel, our yoga teacher, who's experienced in mobility movements that she uses in her classes, we will teach you basic mobility workouts that will improve your big compound movements that are part of strength training like squat, deadlift, push and bench press and also help to move capably and effectively from task to task in your daily life.

Mobilty workouts don't have to take much of your time. You can use them to start or end your day, as an active recovery on your training days, or as a low-intensity exercise when you want to move a little but not engage in a full workout.

If you love strength training and want to progress with it even better, this course is for you!

I can't get over how women from Women's Health Hub fell in love with strength training. They are consistent with it for a long enough time that training become part of their day. Even these who absolutely hated in the beginning, I see them 3 or 4 times a week 😀😀😀

This class is always booked, and girls are making amazing progress. But the best part of it is that they start to notice how strength training makes them feel rather than focus on the scale. Feeling strong and confident change women! They become independent and like themselves more.

And it's not that weight loss doesn't matter. But it's a part of the big picture. Our bodies are complex. They change in many ways, which are often subtle.

Before you start seeing results on the scale, you can already notice your progress in so many ways!!

If you have already made the changes to support your goal ( even minimum of it), progress is happening, and you can see it when:

⭐You have more energy.
⭐You're in a better mood.
⭐Clothes fit better.
⭐You're stronger and have more endurance.
⭐You sleep better.
⭐️ You feel more confident.

Wherever the target of change is, our bodies ,behaviours, or habits can often happen much slower than we want.
Once we accept things how they are, amazing things can happen in our change journey.
And remember, it's not a race. It's a marathon.

Stay consistent.

Keep making small adjustments.

I'm delighted to announce that yoga is finally starting in Women's Health Hub !!

My dear friend Mel recently finished 200 hours of yoga teaching, and she's ready to do what she loves the most.

I'm coaching Mel for the last 5 years, and I can't get over who she has become. She went through the storm and survived! Mum of 5, juggling family demands, grieving, and going through life obstacles she's my and many women biggest inspiration.

On the way of her journey, she's not only got super strong and lost 21kg but also got confident, resilient, and powerful. Now, it's her time!! She can finally do what's she passionate about for a very long time.

What an amazing couple of weeks.

Thank you to everyone who joined my community.

The vibe and energy here are just great!

Classes are full of different women, different personalities, different ages, different goals, and somehow, everyone feels good and safe in an environment where there is no judgement, no competition.

So much, support, laugh, tears, fighting battles, lifting weights, doing cardio, training hard, training light, doing easy things, and doing out of comfort things...

This place is so much more than the gym..

I couldn't ask for more....🥹
