9:15am - 10:45am, mixed ability
11am - 12 noon, Beginners.
Thursdays
6pm-7pm, Beginners
Saturdays
9am - 10:30am, Mixed ability.

Prices
Beginners 6 week courses, €60 for 6 classes to be completed within these dates, Tuesday 9th September until Saturday 25th October. (No classes on 14th, 16th &18th Oct)

When booking please book into the class you are most likely to attend.

Mixed ability, per class€15 or Tuesday and Saturday €27.

No Regular class next Saturday, but you can join me in the Studio for the IY(UK) convention...join as a non teacher member and book the conversation at Iyengaryoga.org.uk before 2nd May. Sunitas teaching fee will be donated to the Bellur trust. 🙏

New 5 week courses starting Tuesday 29th April 11am-12pm and Thursday 1st May 6pm-7pm. Suitable for beginners.
