Tuesday 9:15am, 90min class
Tuesday 11am, 60min class
Thursday 6pm, 60min class

Classes over the summer are pay as you go, all welcome.

No Regular class next Saturday, but you can join me in the Studio for the IY(UK) convention...join as a non teacher member and book the conversation at Iyengaryoga.org.uk before 2nd May. Sunitas teaching fee will be donated to the Bellur trust. 🙏

New 5 week courses starting Tuesday 29th April 11am-12pm and Thursday 1st May 6pm-7pm. Suitable for beginners.

Drop in classes starting back on Saturday 26th, 9am-10:30am and Tuesday 29th, 9:15am-10:45am.
