Two Health Practitioners combining skills to explore calming techniques for both parent and child.

👨‍👦 Age: 5+.
Non-crawling infants also welcome.

What’s Included:
🌬 Breathwork – for adults and children. Learn to do this together to strengthen connection, increase the feeling of safety and bring calm to your day.

👐 Mental health support and reflexology - incorporate touch points to aid relief during moments of anxiety and worry.

🌱 Investment: €15 per adult and child. €5 for additional child. Maximum 2 children per adult.

What better way to introduce the New Improved space of Tonagh Therapies 🎉 I have been in a while now but this can be the official ribbon 🎀 cutting ✂️!

Delighted to now say after years of massaging my own babies and other babies, I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage. So I will now be able to teach parents this wonderful skill for themselves ❤️ and what a space to do it in, move things around and a wonderful group space 🎉
