Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Male Wellbeing A personal journey to wellbeing through the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Hello, I'm Seamus Brady and welcome to my page! I started training in BJJ when I was 42.

Having previously competed in Karate and Kettlebell at national and international amateur level, I wanted something new that I could continue as I got older, that would challenge me and help me to maintain good mental and physical health. This page is dedicated to sharing my journey and perhaps inspiring others to gain the benefits that BJJ has brought into my life.
