Last week, I had the pleasure of pampering a wonderful client with a relaxing session that combined Reflexology and LED Red Light Therapy.🍃
The treatment began with a gentle double cleanse, followed by 20 minutes of soothing red light therapy to promote skin health and overall wellness. Throughout the session, I performed a full reflexology treatment, targeting key points to help balance her body and support her busy lifestyle as a mom. 👣
At the end of the session, I applied nourishing rosehip oil and finished with a calming facial massage to leave her skin feeling refreshed and radiant. 🧖♀️
During her reflexology session, I noticed her kidney reflex point was dehydrated—something I often see with clients who are not drinking enough water. Interestingly, this was reflected in her skin as well. She mentioned she’s been busy and hasn’t been hydrating well lately, which can impact both energy levels and skin health. 💦
My client suffers with Rosacea, I recommended she consider adding probiotics to her routine to support gut health, as well as increasing her water intake. The red light therapy is also a fantastic aid for rosacea-prone skin, helping to reduce redness and promote healing. ❤️🩹
