Hi, I thought it was time to reintroduce myself 🤍

For anyone new here, I’m Catherine, the face behind the treatments.

I specialise in massage, facials, reflexology and Reiki, creating treatments that help people relax, release tension and take some much needed time for themselves.

Reflexology is officially launched 👣✨

I’m so excited (and a little nervous!) to welcome my first reflexology clients this week.

Reflexology is such a beautiful treatment that works on pressure points in the feet to help support the whole body — helping with relaxation, stress, sleep, hormones and overall wellbeing.

I already have a few appointments booked for next week and I can’t wait to see the results clients feel after their treatments.
