✨Meet Carmel ✨

Carmel used to go to my Chiropractor in Drogheda Dr Chase Reilly 25 years ago. When I opened the Cavan office, she transferred to me in Cavan and has been a patient ever since. She comes for regular check ups as she never wants to go through some of her previous episodes of back pain. She is always a pleasure to have in the office. 🙌

“Last year, in the build-up to the World Championships, I unfortunately suffered a herniated disc which forced me to step away from training for a while. Since then, Pascal and the whole team have been instrumental in getting me back to full strength. With their support, I’ve not only returned to lifting pain-free but have also surpassed my previous bests and recently achieved the European qualification total for October. I’m really grateful for the guidance and expertise that made this possible.”

Big shoutout to Molly Coffey O’Connor — bringing serious strength and even better vibes to the platform.

From mobility tune-ups to recovery work, it’s been awesome supporting her training.
