A year open!

Wow and just like that I'm open a full year. The year absolutely flew by and it has been amazing

I made mistakes and in trying to learn all the time but it's been a great experience.

Thank you so much to everyone that stepped through the doors throughout the year and can't wait to meet many more of you throughout year 2.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone
And like that my first year as a business owner has ended and I couldn't be happier with how 2025 has gone. Thank you to everyone that stepped through the door whether for Pilates or a Therapy session throughout the year

I know 2026 is going to be even bigger and better and I'm improving all the time and learning more and more to make my classes and treatments better and better
