Happy New Year!
It's that time of year again when we feel like we might need a health kick, and now is the time to get started. Remember that it is still winter; it's still a time to rest, recuperate, and build energy stores. We can easily exhaust our energy if we go all in, and those New Year's Resolutions will begin to fall away. So let's try and be mindful of our goals, and if you've taken a break from exercise, ease back into movement with kindness and compassion for our bodies and mind.
The new 6-week yoga course starts on Monday, the 12th of January, and runs until the 23rd of February. It's a class suitable for all levels that gently builds strength and flexibility in the body, and it finishes with a relaxation to help restore peace in the mind.
