Come join us for one hour of massage, connection and enjoyment at Sonairte Eco Centre!

During this one hour you will learn how to apply a full body massage and techniques to ease
symptoms like constipation and reflux, bringing comfort, relaxation and connection between you
and your baby.

What to Bring:
Changing Bag, Bottle / Food for baby, Blanket, Baby mat.
