In Reflexology, each area of the foot corresponds with different organs and systems in the body. When working with additional needs, I focus on nurturing the body and mind gently, allowing space for emotional, sensory, and energetic support. Here’s how focused some footwork can help:
👣 Big Toe – Brain, Pituitary & Pineal Glands

💡 Note: The big toe may take time to adjust. We can always begin elsewhere and return when the foot is more relaxed.

As you can see above with these points I have focused on, these are only a selection of reflex points on the feet and the physical and emotion affect they can have on the body.
