This is it exactly ...its always hard to put into words what happens during a Reflexology treatment but this is very much it..when I treat feet I literally am treating the foot physically, the body systems physically while also tuning into the emotions as I work soothing, calming and often expelling them outside of your body and mind space, that is why Reflexology is so so powerful and you often feel so much lighter and at ease after a treatment. 👣❤

This week is World Reflexology Week — a time to celebrate and honour the powerful benefits this therapy can bring.

As many of you know, I’ve been a Reflexologist for 20 years now, and my passion for this work has never faded. I continue to be deeply moved by what reflexology can offer — not just physically, but emotionally as well.

When I work with the feet, I feel a deep connection — as though the feet are speaking, gently guiding me to what your body and emotions may need in that moment. It’s this intuitive connection that has kept me doing what I love for so many years.

I’m not a bells-and-whistles kind of therapist but I do work from very much from the heart. Each treatment is given with the intention that you receive exactly what your body and mind need on that particular day.

I hold space for you — for your emotions, your experiences, and even the things you may not have words for. In a world that often rushes past people’s feelings, being seen and supported is something we all need more than ever.
