Hope everyone had a fab Easter.

A very quick week for me this week. *Reminder that the studio is closed for deep cleaning THIS Thursday 16th & Friday 17th* No yoga or meditation.

10am - Chair Fitness
All welcome. Not just for older people, plenty of opportunity to sweat 🥵

Wednesday (tomorrow)
Last apt this week for lymphatics, energy and body work: 2\230pm Wed

6pm SBF (strong yoga)
7pm SBF (men’s sesh)

Please book in asap to secure your mat.
