Weights don't need to be heavy ,movements don't have to be super fast and you don't need to keep up or out pace anyone else.

Celebrating my first anniversary since joining TDF, and I honestly can’t believe the difference it’s made. The impact hasn’t just been physical, but mental too. This gym has helped me rebuild my strength, regain confidence, and get back to full fitness.

Huge thanks to Tommy and Emmanuel for all the incredible classes and for creating such a fantastic space to train in. The constant support, encouragement, and motivation push me to keep improving every single week.
