Anyone who knows me or followed this page for a while knows I’m hugely into kindness and gratitude 💕. People often think of kindness or gratitude with a passing thought along the lines of its a ‘nice thing to do when you can’, but pass no more thought and while I’ll admit I once thought the same myself a good few moons ago, the way my life path has turned since has led me to more and more believe in the very healing power of kindness and gratitude.
I then discovered many books backing up not only the information, but the science that gratitude, kindness and other positive emotions are scientifically proven to improve health in the body (if they can be maintained on a daily basis for at least ten minutes a day for example).
It sounds corny, but my heart bursts writing this information because I have found that adopting this practice consistently, coupled with making the conscious effort with making kindness, understanding and gratitude my underline way of being in life (though I am far from perfect!), however, I have found it increases your love and compassion for people, their lives and what’s going on for them - nearly as a side-effected default.
When I found the scientific books then backing up that it is also good for your health, (not to mention mental health), I can’t help but think more people need to know about this 💗.
I do plan towards the end of the year putting a book together encompassing everything I have learned about life (with gratitude for that to my two wonderful angels), this will include much, much, more than information on kindness, gratitude as that is just ‘one segment’ of understanding life, the hope is that it will help people to learn how to navigate life, to hopefully find life a bit easier (like I did, once I learned all these things) and it also highlights what my Angel boys taught me is truly important.
In the future I’d love to help people more in this regard (when the time is right).
Finding Dr Joe Dispenzas books and meditations has been one huge game changer, I knew all about the power of gratitude and kindness through the likes of David Hamilton PhD and others and the subconscious mind through my Hypnotherapy Diploma, through Dolores Cannons QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) and through other Hypnotherapy greats but finally finding Dr Joe’s books ties the healing element of it all together.
Granted, having gotten to the understanding or place I have gotten to most certainly doesn’t mean I’m immune from a bad day (I do still have those and that is part of being human and navigating life)…but from learning everything I have, I bounce back quicker and life is calmer.
