A few of you have messaged wondering if I’m still running the clinic as I haven’t been here too much recently. The answer is yes, more than ever, clinic is up and running and I’m here if you would like to see me or needed any creams herbal products that I make.

The clinic is super busy, as is life and I don’t get much time to post.

Il be returning to teaching this year and as always, I’m be at the mountshannon market on the first Saturday of every month. Hope to see you there!

❤️ My girl mugwort 🌚

From the moment I found this plant, I had such a connection.

Suck a strong, feminine, plant of connection.
Can be used for lunar cycling, lucid dreams, menstrual issues, digestion, smudging and is the plant used to make moxa which is used in acupuncture.
