Catch Robyn for a fantastic Ashtanga yoga class on Sunday midday

Robyn has been sharing her love for yoga for 10 years now. Her journey began in 2016 when she traveled to India to study Ashtanga, and that deep, traditional roots-work still anchors everything she does today.
Now a proud mom of two, Robyn is a firm believer that yoga doesn’t have to be "perfect" to be powerful. While she loves her daily flow, her absolute favorite time of the week is Wednesday night, heading to Red River Yoga to reconnect with her community.
Join Robyn on Sunday at the Moynalty yoga festival 12.00pm for the Ashtanga Primary Series. She’s bringing a strong, traditional practice to the festival, but with a "real life" twist. Expect to work hard, breathe deep, and have a little bit of fun with it. Whether you’re a dedicated Ashtangi or just looking for a solid Sunday morning sweat, Robyn’s got a spot for you!.

We are delighted to welcome Ross Cousens back again this year.. Ross will lead a Tai Chi session on Sunday morning the 31st of May in the Kingsfort area.

Ross is one of a number of qualified Master Ding Academy instructors teaching Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung in Ireland. He has been training under Master Ding since 1997 and has been assisting Master Ding with classes, seminars and retreats across Europe since 2001.

Ross's teaching aims to integrate the life affirming principles found within the ancient Chinese practices of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, with the hectic lifestyles that we all lead today.

This fusion of the ancient and modern worlds is attained through the mindful practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung on a daily basis. This inner discipline results in the much sought after Strong Body and Still Mind, as often described by Tai Chi texts.

The human electromagnetic field (EMF) is a bioenergetic system generated by the body’s electrical activity, particularly from the heart, brain, and nervous system. Every cell in the body communicates using electrical signals, and the heart produces the strongest electromagnetic field—which extends several feet beyond the body, acting as a resonance system that interacts with the environment.

This biofield is crucial for health, balance, and natural rhythms, synchronizing bodily functions like heart rate variability, brainwave states, and cellular communication. It is deeply connected to nature’s own electromagnetic frequencies, such as Schumann Resonances, the Earth’s natural frequency (around 7.83 Hz), which has been shown to regulate human physiology
