To help you make the most of the October break, we will be amending our treatment times to make it easier for you to find a little hour to treat yourself. Starting this weekend, we are open late Friday 24th and we are also open Saturday 25th of October. Watch this space for updated open hours for the coming week. If you can't find an appointment to suit on our online booking system, simply message or call and we will try and accommodate. With the colder weather incoming, make your self care your top priority this season.

**Open Late, one evening a week**

As the autumn nights arrive we will be offering one late evening of treatments per week. For this week it will be tomorrow Thursday 11th Sept.

We have:
Infrared Sauna
Salt Therapy
BiomagneticTherapy Sessions available.

These sessions will not be viewable on our website. Just drop a message or phone to book.

This is the perfect opportunity for that post work detox and unwind.

From 30 mins in the sauna or 45 mins in the salt. Bring a friend and catch up or start a new health regime together. Biomagnetic Therapy sessions are 90 minutes so last available session is 6.15.
