â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
WHY DO WE CHOOSE TO HEAL? WHY DOES IT MATTER? WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?
Healing doesnât usually begin in the soft, peaceful moments. It begins in the mess. In the chaos. In the breaking. It begins when something deep within finally whispers, â¨I canât keep living like this. That whisper may be quiet, but itâs powerful because it marks the moment your soul starts calling you.
The truth is, most of us were never taught how to feel.
We were raised in systems⌠you see, many generations were never taught how to feel. We were raised in generations upon generations where crying was seen as weakness,
where speaking your truth was too much, where emotions were buried just to keep the peace. So we closed our hearts. We built walls
we silenced ourselves before we ever found our voice.
And that unspoken pain became part of our identity.
We learned how to function with our pain tightly packed inside of us. We wore the mask. We got good at pretending. But over time, the things we donât face start to take root. They live in our nervous system, our thoughts, our habits and eventually, they show up in our bodies.
â¤ď¸âđŠšThatâs why healing matters.
Because when we resist the inner call to heal, the body speaks louder. Our bodies are intelligent vessels.
They carry every suppressed emotion, every unsaid word, every moment of betrayal or abandonment weâve tried to forget. And when the weight of it becomes too much, it doesnât just vanish it manifests. With anxiety that grips the chest,Stomach pain from unprocessed fear.
Tension in the shoulders from carrying too much.
Chronic fatigue that mirrors emotional burnout. Liver problems from suppressed anger. Headaches, throat tightness, skin flare-ups, autoimmune issues, gut issues, serious illness⌠and so on. The physical body will always respond one way or another to unprocessed emotion. These arenât random symptoms. They are your bodyâs screaming đ
Please, feel what youâve been avoiding. Please, release what Iâve been carrying for you.
Because your body always remembers what the mind tries to silence. It holds your unprocessed stories until youâre ready to face them with compassion and let them go.
Healing is not about perfection. Itâs not about becoming someone new.
Itâs about remembering who you are beneath the pain and growing with more wisdom and understanding. Itâs the slow, courageous process of peeling back every painful layer you were told to suppress like grief, anger, sadness, shameâŚ
So you can meet the truth that lives underneath you that bright light waiting to shine. â¨
And when you begin to feel again really feel the numbness begins to dissolve. The fog begins to lift. And in that space, your soul starts to speak louder than your wounds.
You begin to be more at peace with yourself.
You breathe deeper.
You see yourself more clearly. Your entire being begins to feel what it is to be alive. And most importantly you begin to choose differently.
Healing is a radical act of self-love. Itâs the soulâs rebellion against the inherited silence of your lineage. Itâs the unprocessed energetic cords passed down from generation to generation. Itâs the breaking of old, outdated contracts that were never yours to begin with.
When you heal, youâre not just healing for yourself
youâre healing for your ancestors, your children, your lineage. Youâre clearing cords that were passed down unconsciously
cords of fear, trauma, guilt, pain, suppressionâŚ
And you heal so they donât keep repeating through you ,
through your relationships, through your kids, through your family, through your everyday living.
And know this:
None of this is anyoneâs fault.
There is no one to blame.
Because you were sent here to help. Your strong soul is the key to this process
The one that came to set the line free. You are the one in the line who saidâ¨It ends with me.
But that choice to rise, to feel, to heal is deeply personal, itâs sacred,
itâs messy. It will ask everything of you. But it will give you something far greater in return freedom.
The ability to live from your truth instead of your trauma.
The capacity to hold love without fear. The clarity to see yourself not as broken but as whole again.
Healing isnât about being positive all the time, or neglecting the pain, or pretending it doesnât exist or hurt. Itâs about being honest with yourself. Itâs about sitting with your own pain and saying I see you, I know you are there,I wonât abandon you anymore.
Itâs the daily decision to take off the mask, to slow down,
to feel what was never given space to be felt and to hold yourself in it with compassion, love, and patience.
Because you cannot be the light if you are still carrying what dims it.
And yes it will be hard.
There will be days when it hurts. Days when it feels like too much. But if you keep goingâŚif you stay with itâŚ
you will reach a point where you will feel your soul again.
And when that happens,
youâll understand that every moment of pain was not for nothing it was guiding you back to your purpose, your power, your peace.
So ask yourself today:
⨠Will I continue to numb this pain again?
⨠Or will I finally feel it so I can be free?
And that is why healing matters. To free yourself from the unprocessed suffering from within,
you must first walk with your darknessâŚ
until you remember
you were always the light. đ
With love,
VĂŠro đâ¨
