Tree pose. It seems like a simple one and that maybe not a lot is happening in terms of strength or flexibility. Not true!
Tree pose benefits are unreal not just for your overall body but for key areas like core, hips and feet. Not to mention the mental benefits of a calmer mind, better concentration, and feeling more open with the improved posture that comes with practicing tree pose.
Come along to my morning or evening class on Thursday and see the benefits for yourself.
