I spent years traveling the world, seeking the next workshop, the next teacher, the next breakthrough. But the deepest wisdom was always right outside my window.

Nature doesn’t strive to be better than it is. It doesn’t read self-help books or become addicted to courses. It simply IS - in all its messy, cyclical, perfectly imperfect glory.

The forest doesn’t apologize for its seasons. The ocean doesn’t try to be calmer. The mountains don’t seek validation for their height.

Yet somehow, we’ve forgotten this natural way of being. We’ve been conditioned to see ourselves as problems to be solved rather than ecosystems to be tended.

What if the answer isn’t in the next course or workshop? What if it’s in remembering that you are as natural as the trees, as cyclical as the moon, as flowing as the river?

Your body knows the rhythms that your mind has forgotten. Your nervous system speaks that same language as the changing seasons.

I remember sitting on a perfect beach in Turkey, surrounded by the most beautiful scenery, feeling completely alone despite being in a crowded spot. It wasn't the place that was causing my loneliness - it was my disconnection from myself.
As globally mobile people, we often think the solution to loneliness is external:

A new country
A different community
A better co-working space

Behind every perfect Instagram post was an untold story. Friends & Family's comments about their jealousy and how I was "living the dream"....often felt like a punch to the gut. The sinking feeling that they had no idea of my lived reality.

The truth is, loneliness feels different when you're "choosing" it. When you can work from any beach, join any coworking space, or fly to any destination... but that quiet whisper of disconnection follows you everywhere ✨

Through IFS therapy, I discovered something that changed everything - those feelings weren't just "nomad struggles." They were parts of me trying to tell an important story:
