The team of Chartered Physiotherapists, Jeanette McDonnell (Proprietor), Eimear Fox, Aine Hughes and Paul Reape provide excellent treatment for any musculoskeletal complaint, neck and shoulder pain/whiplash, general muscular aches and pains, joint pain and stiffness, sports injuries as well as rehabilitation following accident/ surgery.
• Clients can also attend for biomechanical analyses and foot orthotic prescription.

• Acupuncture and Dry Needling, also used in the clinic, are very beneficial treatments. This has been proven to accelerate resolution of muscle and joint pain.

• Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is a treatment occasionally used in conjunction with physiotherapy. This initiates a process to “balance the body”.

• Pilates Classes are run Tues Morning, Wednesday Evening & Thursday Evening weekly and cater for all levels. These classes are safe and modified for those recovering from back and joint pains.
