GUA SHA SELF CARE WORKSHOP

Did you ever wonder what Gua Sha was all about?
How can it benefit not just your skin but your health too?
How do you actually use the tool?
How to use it effectively to work on jowls and frown lines?

Well come along to my workshop Tues 31st March 7pm to 8.45pm at

I'll be showing you this and more!
We'll learn a face reflexology routine to reduce stress, lifting face massage techniques and a super easy routine to help ease hay-fever symptoms.

It will be a super relaxed workshop whereby you follow along with my demo and I will be guiding each person individually too so everyone can gain a bespoke routine catered to their needs.

We will conclude our lovely evening of self care with a healing and nurturing meditation.

You have the option to bring your own Gua Sha tool or to purchase from me on the night. I have beautiful crystal Gua Sha tools available such as Mookite Jasper to balance hormones, Black Obsidian for protection, Rose Quartz for Love.

Indian head massage is based on an ancient Ayurvedic healing system practised in India for over 1000 years. The Ayurveda approach is holistic, meaning a healthy body is necessary for our happy progress through life, this can only be achieved if our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions are addressed as a unity.

Indian head massage is a relaxing therapy that involves massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.

It balances natural energies and clears localised areas of negativity- relieving stress, aching shoulders, tight neck, sinusitis, tension headaches, eye strain, insomnia and poor concentration.

You will feel balanced and calm.

This treatment is 50 mins long and costs €60.

I have not offered evening appointments in the longest time as things do be quite hectic with after school activities etc....however for November and December only, I am opening up Wednesday evenings to be able to accommodate appointments before Christmas. I've only a handful of Saturday Appointments left so hopefully this will help my Saturday clients out.
